Abstract :Aorto-coronary dissection is a rare complication that occur during percutaneous coronary intervention, but life threatening. We describe a case of limited iatrogenic dissection of Valsalvae, with ostium right coronary artery, during a PCI rescue perfomed via trans-radial approach and was successfully treated without surgical intervention. |

Abstract :Familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) is a genetic disease presented by high levels of serum low density lipoprotein (LDL), xanthomas and early coronary artery disease (CAD). The main cause of FH is LDL receptor abnormalities that decrease the uptake of LDL into cells, particularly into the liver cells, from the blood, resulting in the increase of serum LDLcholesterol levels. |

Abstract :Introduction: The aim of study is to describe the clinical symptoms, investigation findings and surgical treatment of cardiac myxomas.
Method: From May 2002 to May 2017, 50 patients of primary or recurrent intracardiac myxoma underwent surgical excision at our institute. Their age ranged from 25 years to 55 years. Out of which 20 males and 30 females. Commonest presenting symptoms are dyspnea and palpitation. 35 Left atrial, 13 Right atrial, one right ventricular and one left ventricular myxoma. |
